Dave Harper, President of apprAZe.com, is the driving force for this visionary service company. From humble financial services beginnings as a mail-room clerk at Pima Savings & Loan Association to appraiser to President of apprAZe.com, Dave Harper’s attention to customers has not wavered. “Providing customer service begins and ends with the customer’s needs.
