Dave Harper, President of apprAZe.com, is the driving force for this visionary service company. From humble financial services beginnings as a mail-room clerk at Pima Savings & Loan Association to appraiser to President of apprAZe.com, Dave Harper’s attention to customers has not wavered. “Providing customer service begins and ends with the customer’s needs. Mr. Harper has been: a real property appraiser since 1983; an SRA since 1990; Arizona Certified General Real Estate Appraiser 30386 since Arizona licensing/certification laws were adopted; an FHA CHUMS Appraiser since 1991; is currently a Review Appraiser for HUD-insured mortgages, titled as: Appraisal Quality Assessment Agent, and is currently on HUD’s FHA Roster Appraiser # AZ 30386.
